That’s all I wanted to achieve the balance. Live, Eat, Work healthily. Been riding bicycle again recently and trying to have it more regularly. 1 hour bike ride is kinda good enough everyday. Miss those long ride now, since some of us have no time to workout earlier to cope with the time taken. So, we have only the option for ride after 5pm everyday, except on Sunday. While on Sunday, some of us do like to rest at home instead, to clear up all the hardworks during worktime.
Below is my history of ride taken with Endomondo. Its nice to review what we have achieved from time to time. So we can find our stand, and persist further.

Same with work, and eating habit. Have to really control my working time (that is to make sure I am working at my full concentration during working hours), and eat less portion, less meat and oily foods to achieve a leaner body.
Next need to add on some body weight exercise in the morning or evening to facilitate more muscle and fat burning.

I feel life is going up and down, as in if we focus on something, the other thing has to be sacrificed and going down. Getting a balanced life is kinda a complicated thing to go through.
For example, if let say I focus on business, didnt go for cycling or any outdoor activities, then I got health degradation plus piling up body fat. Then I try to fix in a workout time like 4.30 pm onwards till 6.30 / 7.00 pm. Then my working time have to be really productive from the morning. But what turns out? Still lazying around in the office, thinking of things to do, but never actually do it.
I like planning marketing stuffs, all the customer relationship management job and making sure we are moving on the right path towards our goal in business. Perhaps we are almost there, I can feel the aura of the customers believing us slowly. Price is really a sensitive issue, but making sure price does not meant everything is gotta be a long way to fix on. And I am going towards that, cos we wont be able to survive long if we rely too much on price war.
Hopefully this is the correct path I chose. As for the accountings, documentations and all, still a hectic job to me. Kinda lazy to do that as it is very complicated and have to sacrifice a lot in the beginning in order for all of them to go synchronized and working smoothly.
Main goal now is to make sure I work out minimum 3-4 times a week. Then control the diet in such a way that I can live with vegetables and fiber rich food. Less nasi padang and fried foods / processed foods. And as in the business, making sure working and serving customer with humble heart. Then start on the accounting stuffs and once its all done and accomplished, I guess we can relax and enjoy all the hard works.
